Young people write cool stuff and need to be heard more.
You've probably got the memo by now that these days, it's no picnic being a young writer (or young anything, really).
We want to make it easy for you to get your work out there.
We publish creative fiction, non-fiction, and poetry (see 'Send Your Writing').
InkyPeak is produced by young writers, for young writers.
We are a team of two volunteers in our twenties, based in the Highlands, and passionate about making young voices heard. We are unable to pay contributors for their work, and the magazine will, for the time being, be online (see 'current issue').
We welcome entries from anybody.
We want to amplify voices who may find it harder to be heard. We therefore would particularly welcome entries from writers who identify as women or non-binary, as coming from a BAME background, as LGBTQ+, as disabled people, as care-experienced, or as working class.
